The purpose of this album is not to spread hatred, but to teach the truth about
America's treatment of its racial and political minorities. We were systematically
and legally enslaved, oppressed, and sometimes murdered for centuries, and some
of these policies and justifications are still in effect today. If the goal is to rid the
world of bigotry and oppression, we first have to understand how the brutal
policies of the past have created the problems of today.
